Jerry Gilpin

Jerry Gilpin has spent 30 years developing people in all walks of life. He has worked for and run organisations in the education and third sectors, and is now a sought-after coach, trainer and facilitator in the commercial, public and third sectors. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's Ethics Committee, and of the British Association for Personality Type.

Jerry believes that any organisation is only as good as the commitment it makes to its people's development, and has seen startling transformations in organisations and individuals as he has worked with them to manage change and equip people to go to the next level in their careers and wider lives.

Jerry has found that the first step in personal and professional development is often to increase self-awareness and confidence, and his clients report a great sense of rapport and understanding combined with the ability to ask the right question at the right time. As part of a portfolio of skills, he frequently uses the MBTI personality preference as a tool to enable individuals and teams to access their natural strengths and begin to develop new skills and attitudes.
