"I have been extremely impressed by the approach you have taken to the broadcast media training provided to spokespeople at Age Concern England. The preparation was thoughtful and thorough, taking into account and developing the brief I had provided. The feedback from the widely varied group of trainees has been universally excellent and your briefing to me about their strengths and weakness was extremely helpful."
