Ann is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in medical services supporting and development people in their roles. She has been employed by a Primary Care Trust, a hospice and NHS Employers to coach senior practitioners and managers.
Having left the medical environment she now brings her unique blend of coach, supervisor and facilitator to develop people in their own careers. Her key strengths lie in supporting clients to meet their goals and an ability to build impactful relationships with individuals and groups that facilitate empowerment, insight and change.
