Alison is an Executive Coach With 15 Years board level experience. Her coaching approach specialises in supporting executives to transform and deliver business change. Alison has worked on an executive coaching and development role for national organisations such as EMI MUSIC, Morrisons Supermarkets, Wolseley PLC, Provident International and Kelda PLC/Yorkshire Water.
Her experience working with individuals and teams often leads her to dealing with individuals who operating outside of their comfort zone or in an environment that appears to be changing around them. She works with executives to identify and focus on delivering personal and organisational success:

• Licensed to use and interpret SHL, OPQ, FiroB, Myers Briggs & other psychometric profiling questionnaires.
• Currently undertaking Masters Programme in Business & Executive Coaching/Coaching Psychology with Leeds Met University.
