New products launched by Unlimited Potential (stand 183) at Learning & Skills 2010

A range of new coaching and people development products have been launched by Unlimited Potential (stand 183) at Learning & Skills 2010.

Two flexible, coaching-based learning and development solutions aimed at senior directors, middle management and upcoming leaders have been put together to help individuals and teams focus on the changing needs of businesses and organisations in the workplace.

Aim Higher is a one-to-one development programme that works with individuals over a minimum of six months to enhance performance and results. The programme covers leadership skills, confidence, self-motivation, communication and personal impact and gravitas.

Manage with Impact is a five-day experiential management development programme that introduces coaching as a key management tool. The course also equips managers with the core skills to build and maintain high performing teams, communicate effectively and instil a greater self-awareness by understanding how they impact on others.
