Coaching Cultures at Learning and Skills

Unlimited Potential attended the Learning and Skills Exhibition at Olympia, London on 25th-26th January.  The event proved to be highly succesful with a number of potential clients and interested Learning and Development professionals seeking support on how to develop a coaching culture.

Tim Hawkes our Managing Director delivered a workshop entitled "So what is a coaching culture and how do we get one".  The event was attended by around 120 delegates and proved to be very popular, Tim commented after the workshop 'It always amazes me how people are very keen to achieve a coaching culture but don't have any resources or frameworks with which to deliver it.  That is why we are launching a coaching culture diagnostic tool at the end of February to allow clients to assess where they currently stand with respect to developing a coaching culture and then ultimately put together a plan to develop one"

The coaching culture diagnostic will be launched on the Unlimited Potential website at the end of February for selected clients and then in Mid February for all potential clients.  Delegates at the workshop were given the opportunity to take part in the early phase of the diagnostic.
