Leaders for the Future programmes are not typical in any way. They are specifically designed for each specific need.
The programmes consist of a mixture of carefully selected speaker/workshop sessions combined with structured debate on relevant motivational, management, leadership issues. The programme may also include to educational and developmental exercises.
Programmes are designed for any number of people, but are most effective from a minimum of five to a maximum of 200. Unlimited Potential holds open development sessions for organisations that would like less than this number to attend.
