The Programme

The facilitation process is as follows:

Initial meeting with professional facilitators to agree:

Date and length of meeting
Attendees, and any key relationships
Purpose and outputs of meeting
Agenda

Material used
Company arranges meeting with employees, suppliers or customers
The meeting is held with the facilitator running the meeting. At the end of the meeting a follow up programme is drawn up.
Facilitator, if requested, holds the participants accountable to carry out their actions.
