A long term strategic option

This programme generates a long term plan for your company from which flows all tactical action. Facilitators can be embedded within your organisation or visit periodically. Programme benefits include:

The Programme

A typical Strategic Development Package will start with a facilitated day session, normally off site, with all the parties within your organisation who may contribute to the strategic ideas for the future. In practice this may include some people who would not normally be considered in this role.
The results form the strategic day will then be prioritised with the guidance of an Unlimited Potential expert and developed into a Business Plan; generally the one page format is more than enough. Guidance will be given in turning this strategy into action and change will result as a result.
If appropriate, a Training and Development plan will also be included and the appropriate Unlimited Potential development package can be implemented.
