Coach the Coaches
Developing a coaching culture within your organisation
A 3 stage programme to develop a coaching led culture within your organisation. The purpose of which is to deliver a train the trainer programme to enable in-house trainers to train coaching skills to 60+ branch managers. This is a modular proposal for a 2 day training programme with latitude for 1:1 coaching supervision of trained trainers, and/or branch managers.
Objectives
By the end of this course delegates will learn how to:-
- Identify and demonstrate the key attributes needed for coaching
- Understand the difference between coaching and mentoring
- Build rapport
- Demonstrate and utilise 3 different levels of listening
- Identify and effectively use the 3 components of communication
- Identify and match different learning styles
- Set compelling goals
- Use the GROW model
- Understand different types of questions and questioning techniques
- Construct and use influential language patterns
- Set SMART objectives
- Set up and deliver feedback
- Elicit core values
- Identify and change limiting beliefs
- Establish a coaching contract
- Conduct Coaching Sessions
Stages of learning
- Stage 1 Pre-course study – Individual Goal Setting and reading of prescribed coaching material
- Stage 2 Attend 2 day course
- Stage 3 1:1 Coaching Session Supervision Session
