The California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260
Assess your range of social behaviours
The CPI260™ instrument is designed to measure the typical personality and behaviour characteristics of people in normal populations and to do this using concepts and descriptors that are generally familiar. CPI descriptions attempt to capture the uniqueness of each individual; using the same language that we use in our every day lives.
The intent of the CPI260™ instrument is to provide you with a way to gain personal insight into your range of social behaviours to enable you to further develop your self appreciation and build awareness of how other people perceive you and the impact of your behaviour on them.
The answers you provide through the online questionnairecreate a snapshot of how others see you. The everyday language descriptions have been developed through extensive research conducted over the past 50 years.
CPI 260TM Coaching Report for Leaders has been created for individuals at all levels of leadership in today's organizations, the Coaching Report for Leaders will help you better understand your preferences, attitudes, and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. It enables you to understand your strengths, target areas for development, set goals, and plan action steps to enhance your leadership style.
Based on questionnaires that have been used and validated in a wide variety of management and leadership development programs, results are highly predictive of managerial competencies. The report is created by comparing your responses to the CPI 260TM instrument with the Centre for Creative Leadership database of 5,600 men and women executives-successful individuals who are "on track" for continued success and advancement.
The Coaching Report for Leaders offers insight into strengths and areas for potential development in 18 leadership characteristics, organized into the following core performance areas: Self-Management; Organization and Planning; Team Building and Teamwork; Problem Solving; and Sustaining the Vision. The final section of the report offers advice on planning the next steps of your leadership development path.
