The Process

Individual One-to-One assignments last one to two hours per month with the starter programme consisting of six assignments . They are conducted by an Unlimited Potential People Changer who is matched to your specific requirements. European Multi -lingual development People Changers are available where requested.

A Typical Starter programme

Six one hour one-to-one assignments, during which the following growth steps may occur:

Room for growth - Identification of areas where there is room for growth and development, followed by a prioritisation of these areas

Barriers to Success - Analysis of the barriers which currently prevent implementation of the goals and aspirations. Discover the reasons for those barriers and how to remove them.

Action plan - The introduction of the action plan into daily life

Awareness of Development Habits – listening and responding, integrity and keeping commitments, compassion for others and yourself

Self analysis - Homework by the participant between the One to One sessions

Process development - Developing an individual process for monitoring the implementation of all the growth and change that has taken place in the programme
